-Judicial reform that includes criminal penalties (felony) for public servants who violate defendants rights.
-Criminal justice reform that establishes professional state licenses for police officers.
-Criminal justice reform that requires independent citizen oversight for police activities.
Voter rights protection
-Require court approval for district boundaries
-Minimum of 1 house representative seat for each FBA territory.
